We will offer a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

purchased items are exchangeable in any different size or product if available. Exchanges are only processed after receiving your returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge.
If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know your preferred product, color and size in the Return Form.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our packing team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at email@example.com in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason of this request
Important before returning:
→ All products must be returned within 14 days after receiving.
→ All products must be unworn and unwashed.
→ All products must have all original Dumluck tags still attached.
→ Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded, instead a webstore credit will be issued.
We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if it the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of Dumluck and will be judged reasonable.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days.
REFUNDS DURING SALE
Any products purchased in our regular sale can be returned but can’t be refunded. Instead, you will receive a webstore credit for the same amount as the order value.
When subscribing to our newsletter or placing an order at Dumluck your personal information will be collected. Dumlubk will handle all personal information in the strictest confidence. We only collect information about you to process your order and will never pass any personal details or order details to any third party, other than for the specific purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected. You have also the right to have your information deleted at your request.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased handcrafted garment, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. When returning items purchased on our webshop you are entitled to a full refund or item exchange. All returned garments shall be returned in its original condition and shall only be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused (with the exception of trying the garments). Please be sure to include the receipt you received with your original delivery
Dumluck offers ‘free garment adjustment’ if the measurement of the garment didn’t fit correctly, however, we do not cover the extra shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase. If you paid taxes when receiving your goods, you may be eligible to get your taxes refunded. Please contact your national customs authorities for assistance in this matter. any additional costs not stated on the invoice, such as import duties, will not be refunded;
We only accept returns on products which were purchased from our website www.dumluck.nl.
All returns/exchanges must be authorized by Dumluck. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with an order number and the items you’d like to return. Upon confirmation from us, pack the items in the original package if possible, and send it to the following address: Dumluck, Kimwierde 11,1353 DL Almere, the Netherlands.
You will receive the information you need after getting in touch.
Dumluck is not responsible for compensation of lost packages without any proof of delivery. When your return is received we will refund the purchase immediately.

Taxes on International shipments
The displayed prices on our webshop include the Dutch value added tax of 21%.
For all customers who live outside the Netherlands, the Dutch VAT will be deducted at the checkout area of the website.
Customers outside of the Netherlands may have added costs, such as import duties. As tax and duties differ between countries and states we can not calculate exact amounts as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. These charges are at your own expense.
We accept Ideal, Paypal, VISA, Mastercard and other major credit cards. All prices are stated in EURO (€), including Dutch VAT (21%) and without shipping costs. Free worldwide shipping on all orders above €200,- All payments should be made through Dumluck’s website’s secure check-out system, using any of the accepted credit cards.
All garments order made to order and are handcrafted with pride in the Netherlands to maintain a high-quality control, due to this fact keep in mind it can sometimes take 24 days for your item to be shipped depending on the volume of orders.
We use PostNL for all our international deliveries. The shipping rate is dependent on the weight of the package. Any import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges. Any parcels that are refused due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipments costs, customs charges and handling fees. For all regions, a tracking number can be given. So that the parcel can be tracked by the recipient. Below you can find the estimated time of delivery according to PostNL; Dumluck is not responsible for any shipping delays after the parcel has been handed over to PostNL
